Ukulungiselela
  1. Sizoqala ngemifino, sigeze futhi sisike imifino ibe yizicucu ezincane.
  2. Embizeni ende sizobeka uwoyela bese kuthi uma kushisa sifake i-leek kanye neklabishi, sizoyisusa, sizoyishiya imizuzu embalwa ukukhipha konke ukunambitheka kwayo.
  3. Sizongeza imifino esele bese siyishiya cishe imizuzu emithathu. Sizofaka usawoti omncane nopelepele.
  4. Ngakolunye uhlangothi, sihlanza inkukhu yamafutha nesikhumba.
  5. Faka inkukhu kwimifino bese uyimboza ngamanzi, lapho iqala ukubila sizofaka amaphilisi emifino noma umhluzi wenkukhu.
  6. Pheka isobho cishe imizuzu engama-20 noma kuze kube yilapho imifino ithambile. Sisusa inkukhu futhi sizosusa izingcezu zezinkukhu, sizinqume bese sengeza futhi ku-casserole.
  7. Sikubuyisela emlilweni cishe imizuzu engu-5, sizonambitha usawoti.
