  • 6 wezipuni utamatisi puree
  • 125 ml. iwayini elimhlophe
  • 3-4 amazambane
  • Ama-artichokes ama-4
  • Isipuni esingu-1 sefulawa
  • Amafutha, usawoti kanye nopelepele

Ukulungiselela
  1. Sizosika inyama noma sesivele siyithengile iqotshiwe, siyayihlanza ngamafutha namawebhu.
  2. Sifaka usawoti kanye nopelepele enyameni bese sikudlulisa ngofulawa.
  3. Sizobeka ibhodwe emlilweni ngejethi enhle kawoyela bese inyama siyi-brown ngokushisa okukhulu.
  4. Uma sesenziwe nsundu sizobeka u-anyanisi usike ube yizicucu notamatisi ochotshoziwe.
  5. Sinyakazisa yonke into, siyishiye imizuzu embalwa, engeza iwayini elimhlophe bese siyiyeka yehlise okwemizuzu embalwa.
  6. Manje sibeka ingilazi yamanzi ukumboza inyama bese sivale imbiza, mayipheke imizuzu eyi-15.
  7. Ngenkathi inyama iphekwa, sisika amazambane futhi sihlanza ama-artichokes.
  8. Uma inyama isikhona, siyalivula ibhodwe, ngalesi sikhathi inyama isala nesosi enhle kakhulu kanti namazambane athosiwe yisidlo esikhulu.
  9. Singaqhubeka nesitshulu embizeni efanayo noma kwenye i-casserole, sibeke inyama ngesoso bese simboza ngengilazi enhle yamanzi.
  10. Uma iqala ukubila sizongeza amazambane nama-artichokes, sizoyishiya phezu komlilo ophakathi kuze kuphekwe amazambane.
  11. Lapho sibona ukuthi bahlolwe usawoti, siyalungisa futhi bazobe sebekulungele.
