- Inyama enosawoti, siqala ngokuhlanza nokusika inyama ibe yizicucu hhayi ezinkulu kakhulu. Sizobeka usawoti kanye nopelepele phezu kwabo. Endishini enkulu sizobeka amafutha, iwayini elimhlophe, ijusi lemon, u-garlic ochotshoziwe kancane kanye nazo zonke ezinye izinongo.
- Amanani angabekwa kancane ngeso, uma uthanda i-paprika ngaphezu kwe-cumin ebeka i-oregano eningi noma ngaphezulu, yinike ukuthinta kwakho.
- Sixuba futhi sishaye i-marinade kahle, uma konke kuxutshwe sifaka izingcezu zengulube ezihlanganiswe kahle, kungcono isitsha esincane ukuze yonke inyama ihlanganiswe. Vala isitsha ngengxube bese usifaka efrijini. Kungcono ukuyishiya ebusuku. Ngezikhathi ezithile sizoyisusa.
