Ungakwazi futhi ukubeka ungqimba lwejamu, ushokoledi, amakhukhi ... ngaphezulu. I-dessert elula engenziwa ukuhlukahluka okuningi ngayo.
I-dessert emangalisayo, engavali nakancane, i-fluffy kakhulu ngenxa yamaqanda amhlophe ayenza ibe lula kakhulu, lezi ezimhlophe zingaba yizo ezivele zidayiswa ezitsheni. I-dessert ekahle yokuthi izingane zidle izithelo neyogathi, abadala.
- 3 iyogathi enokhilimu ingafakwa ushukela
- 2 abamhlophe beqanda
- 250 ml. ukushaya ukhilimu
- 5-6 wezipuni kashukela
- Amantongomane, ama-alimondi, ama-hazelnuts...
- Izithelo ezihlukene, ujamu...
- Ukulungisa i-mousse ye-yogurt, okokuqala sifaka ukhilimu, okumele kubanda kakhulu ukuze kukhuphuke kangcono, ukhilimu kufanele uhlatshwe kancane. Kwesinye isitsha sizobeka amaqanda amhlophe bese siwafaka endaweni yeqhwa, siwagcina efrijini kuze kube yilapho sizowasebenzisa.
- Ngakolunye uhlangothi sibeka ama-yogurts, uma bengenawo ushukela sizofaka ama-spoonfuls ushukela. Sixuba kahle.
- Esitsheni se-yogurt sizofaka ukhilimu kuqala, ngokucophelela futhi ngobumnene sihlanganise. Kulandelwa sixuba abamhlophe beqanda futhi senze okufanayo, ngokucophelela siwaxuba ukuze angehli.
- Ngale ngxube sizogcwalisa ezinye izinkomishi futhi sizibeke efrijini okungenani amahora angu-4-5, noma ubusuku bonke.
- Ngesikhathi sokukhonza, sizohlobisa izibuko ngamantongomane, ama-alimondi noma ngezithelo ozithanda kakhulu.
