- Sizoqala ngokulungisa inhlama ye-tempura, Esitsheni sizobeka ufulawa, imvubelo nethisipuni kasawoti.
- Sizofaka amanzi abandayo kancane kancane, size sithole inhlama elula.
- Vumela ingxube ihlale efrijini cishe imizuzu engama-30.
- Silungisa imifino, sigeze imifino, sinqume isiqu se-asparagus, sinqume i-broccoli ibe yizimbali ezincane.
- Sika u-anyanisi ube yimichilo noma izingcezu bese usika ubhontshisi oluhlaza kabili.
- Sifaka ipani elinamafutha amaningi nokushisa, lapho isivele isusa isitsha enhlama ebandayo, sethula imifino ngamunye ngamunye enhlama, kufanele imbozwe kahle ngenhlama, sizoyithosa, thina ngizobeka imifino embalwa ngeqoqo ngalinye.
