- 180 g. ufulawa wonke kakolweni
- 1 ithisipunii-baking soda
- Cin isipuni sinamoni
- Ingcosana ye-nutmeg
- Ingcosana yejinja
- 1 idlanzana lamagilebhisi omisiwe
- 1 idlanzana lamantongomane
- Sishisa ihhavini iye ku-180ºC.
- Sigcoba ithanga ngemfoloko endishini.
- Sifaka amaqanda, uju, isiphuzo se-alimondi, amafutha omnqumo uhlanganise kahle. Uma uthanda ungabeka i-mixer kancane.
- Kwesinye isitsha sixuba izithako ezomile: ufulawa kakolweni, i-baking soda, isinamoni, i-ginger, i-nutmeg nosawoti.
