Endishini, hlanganisa ibhotela, amakhukhi nama-alimondi kuze kube yilapho inhlama ehambisanayo isala. Khombisa isikhunta esiyindilinga esenziwe ngaphambili ngenhlama.
Hlanganisa esitsheni ushizi ukusabalalisa, i-ricotta, ujusi kalamula wendabuko, i-zest kalamula, amaqanda ashayiwe, ushukela, isitashi sommbila. Hlanganisa konke kahle ngosizo lwezinduku ezithile kuze konke kuhlanganiswe.
Sishisa ihhavini ibe ngu-150ºC.
Thela ukugcwaliswa kwesisekelo samabhisikidi bese ubhake ama-40min.
