- 350 gr. macaroni
- ½ anyanisi
- ¼ inyama yenkukhu egayiwe
- 1 isikhwama sesipinashi
- Ukhilimu oketshezi wokupheka ama-200 ml.
- Ingilazi yobisi ye-1
- Isikhwama esingu-1 soshizi ohlanganisiwe ogayiwe 50 gr.
- Usawoti kanye nopelepele

- Into yokuqala kuzoba ukupheka imakharoni, sifaka ipani elinamanzi amaningi nosawoti, lapho liqala ukubilisa sizofaka imakharoni ize iphekwe. Sizolandela imiyalo yomkhiqizi.
- Epanini lokuthosa sizofaka u-anyanisi oqoshiwe, bese sibeka inyama egayiwe, sizoyivumela ipheke.
- Lapho iqala ukuthatha umbala, inyama izokwengeza isipinashi, ngibeka uhhafu wesikhwama, azihlali zilutho, sibahlanganisa bonke ndawonye.
- Isizini ngosawoti kanye nopelepele. Uma zikhona siyacisha sigcine.
- Silungisa ukhilimu, sifaka ukhilimu owuketshezi epanini ukuwushisa, uma usukhona sizofaka ushizi ogayiwe siwunyakazise uze uwele phakathi futhi ufane ne-béchamel, uma ujiyile kakhulu sizofaka ubisi sigovuze.
- Imacaroni siyifaka esitsheni sokubhaka nenyama, siyimboza ngososo noshizi ogayiwe.
- Sifaka kuhhavini ngo-200ºC bese siwushiya uze ube nsundu ngegolide.
- Lapho kuba khona sikhipha futhi bazobe sebelungele ukudla !!!
