- Amaqanda ama-2 abilisiwe
- 150 gr. imvuthuluka yesinkwa
- Amaqanda ama-2 okushaya
- Okwe-bechamel:
- 500 l. ubisi
- 50 gr. Kafulawa
- 50 gr. webhotela
- I-nutmeg encane

- Sizopheka amaqanda. Sika i-ham namaqanda ama-2 abilisiwe.
- Silungisa ipani yokuthosa ukwenza isoso se-béchamel, sibeka ibhotela nofulawa.
- Siyivumela ipheke imizuzu embalwa ukuze ufulawa wenziwe kahle. Sishisa ubisi kancane kwi-microwave futhi sizolifaka epanini kancane kancane futhi ngaphandle kokuma ukunyakaza.
- Ngakho-ke size sibone ukuthi sinokhilimu ojiyile ongenazo izigaxa.
