  • Amaqanda ama-2 okushaya
  • Okwe-bechamel:
  • 500 l. ubisi
  • 50 gr. Kafulawa
  • 50 gr. webhotela
  • I-nutmeg encane
  • Sal

Ukulungiselela
  1. Sizopheka amaqanda. Sika i-ham namaqanda ama-2 abilisiwe.
  2. Silungisa ipani yokuthosa ukwenza isoso se-béchamel, sibeka ibhotela nofulawa.
  3. Siyivumela ipheke imizuzu embalwa ukuze ufulawa wenziwe kahle. Sishisa ubisi kancane kwi-microwave futhi sizolifaka epanini kancane kancane futhi ngaphandle kokuma ukunyakaza.
  4. Ngakho-ke size sibone ukuthi sinokhilimu ojiyile ongenazo izigaxa.
