- Sizobeka ibhodwe elinamanzi amaningi nosawoti omncane bese sipheka amazambane agezwe ngesikhumba sawo. Lapho sezikhona, sizobayeka zipholile.
- Sizobeka futhi amaqanda amane ukupheka kwesinye isipani ngamanzi. Uma seziphekiwe sizozifaka esiqandisini size sizisebenzise.
- Sizopheka imifino esiyithanda kakhulu ku-casserole ngamanzi (izaqathe, ubhontshisi obuluhlaza, ukholifulawa, i-broccoli, uphizi ... noma singathenga asevele ephekiwe.
- Ngakolunye uhlangothi sizolungisa zonke izithako endishini, sizobeka isaladi noma imifino ephekiwe isikwe izingcezu ezincane, amathini e-tuna, amaqanda aphekiwe abandayo bese siwasika sibe izingcezu ezincane. Sizokwenza imayonnaise noma siyithenge yenziwe.
