- 150 gr. ushokoledi omhlophe
- 600 ml. ukushaya ukhilimu
- 400 ml. ubisi
- 2 izimvilophu ze-curd
- 1 ingilazi yobisi yamaqebelengwane
- Amabhisikidi e-Soletilla noma amakhukhi, ama-muffin, ama-sobaos ...

- Ukuze silungise i-flan ye-chocolate emhlophe neyomnyama, sizoqale sibeke ingxenye yekhilimu engu-300 ml. Epanini emlilweni, uma sekuqala ukushisa, faka ushokoledi omhlophe bese ugoqa uze ulahlwe.
- Ngakolunye uhlangothi esitsheni sibeka 200 ml. yobisi, sizofaka imvilophu ye-curd, sizoyichitha kahle kuze kube yilapho kungabikho izigaxa. Faka ingxube ye-curd epanini bese ugoqa ize iqale ukubila. Siyahoxa.
- Sithatha isikhunta futhi simboze phansi nge-caramel. Sifaka ingxube yeshokoledi. Yiyeke ipholile imizuzu engu-10 bese uyifaka efrijini.
- Siphinda okufanayo ngoshokoledi omnyama. Sibeka ukhilimu ngoshokoledi omnyama, uma kushisa futhi ushokoledi ulahlwa, sifaka ubisi nge-curd.
- Siyayinyakazisa ize iqale ukubila. Siyicime bese siyivumela ukuthi ifuthe. Sithela ingxube yeshokoledi phezu kwesinye isendlalelo seshokoledi emhlophe.
- Sifaka ingilazi yobisi endishini bese sidlulisa amaqebelengwane e-sponge ngaphandle kokumanzisa kakhulu. Siwabeka phezulu kwesendlalelo sikashokoledi, njengalokhu kulo lonke isikhunta, sakha isisekelo.
- Sizoyifaka efrijini futhi siyivumele ipholile amahora angu-3-4 noma ubusuku bonke. Uma siyokhonza siwuthela emthonjeni bese siphaka.
