- 2-3 amazambane
- 250 gr. amakhowe
- 150 ml. iwayini elimhlophe
- Ama-clove angu-3-4
- 2-3 wezipuni zikafulawa
- Ilitha elilodwa lamanzi noma umhluzi
- 1 udwi wamafutha omnqumo
- Pepper
- Sal

- Ukulungisa amazambane onogwaja kanye ne-mushroom casserole, siqale silungise unogwaja, sizoyisika ibe yizicucu.
- Isizini izingcezu zikanogwaja. Sidlulisa izingcezu zikanogwaja ngofulawa.
- Sifaka i-casserole phezu kokushisa okuphakathi okuphakathi, engeza i-splash kawoyela bese nsundu unogwaja kuzo zonke izinhlangothi.
- Sika ugarliki ube izingcezu ezincane. Lapho sinonogwaja osagolide sifaka ugalikhi ogayiwe, lapho uqala ukuba segolide, sifaka ingilazi yewayini elimhlophe, sidedela utshwala bunciphe imizuzu embalwa, kuze kuphele utshwala.
- Faka amanzi noma umhluzi ukumboza unogwaja, mayipheke imizuzu engama-30-40.
