Kepha ungabenza futhi bathosiwe, ufake ipani elinamafutha amaningi ashisayo bese uwafry, muhle kakhulu.
Singazenza futhi zisebenzise, singakwazi gcwalisa inyama, inhlanzi, imifino... ukwenza usoso omuhle ukuze sikwazi ukusizakala ngakho konke. Zihambisana kahle nanoma yisiphi isidlo, isaladi noma njengesiqalo.

- Iphakethe lenhlama yamadombolo
- 300 gr. inyama egayiwe
- 1 cebolla
- Izipuni eziyi-4-6 zesosi setamatisi
- 50 ml. iwayini elimhlophe
- Amaqanda ama-2 abilisiwe
- iminqumo yomnqumo
- Amafutha
- Sal
- Pepper
- Iqanda elishayiwe lokupenda inhlama
Ukulungiselela
- Nonga inyama ngosawoti omncane nopelepele.
- Qoba u-anyanisi bese uwathosa kancane, lapho uqala ukuthatha umbala sifaka utamatisi othosiwe, ugovuze bese ufaka inyama egayiwe, sizoyivumela ipheke yonke ndawonye imizuzu embalwa bese ifaka iwayini elimhlophe, siyeke utshwala buphele futhi ipheka konke ndawonye imizuzu emi-5-10, sinambitha usawoti nopelepele.
- Qoba amaqanda neminqumo ebilisiwe bese uwafaka kusisindo sangaphambilini, hlanganisa.
- Sivumela inhlama ipholile ukuze izigaxa zikadombolo lapho uzigcwalisa zingaphuli.
- Gcwalisa amafers of dumplings, faka okuncane kokugcwalisa phakathi nendawo bese upenda umphetho ngeqanda elishayiwe, ugoqe futhi uvale imiphetho kahle, ngosizo lwemfoloko.
- Siwafaka kuthileyi wokubhaka, siwapenda ngeqanda elishayiwe, siwabeka kuhhavini ngo-180ºC aze abe nsundu ngokwanele.
