- Imvilophu eyi-1 yokulungiselela i-flan
- 450 ml. ubisi
- Izipuni eziyi-4-6 ze-flan
- Ushukela oluyimpuphu
- 1 iqanda noma ubisi ukupenda inhlama
Ukulungiselela
- Ukulungisa la madombolo agcwele i-flan, siqala ngokulungisa zonke izithako.
- Silungisa i-flan njengoba kukhonjisiwe ngumenzi kepha sisusa ubisi oluncane ukuze i-flan ibe mkhulu, ngisuse ama-50 ml. Uma kunje siyayeka ithukuthele.
- Sivula i-ovini ngo-180ºC ngokushisa naphezulu.
- Silungisa ama-wafers, siwasakaze bese siwagcwalisa ngesipuni, sivale bese siwavala ngosizo lwemfoloko.
- Siwafaka ebhodini lokubhaka. Siwapenda ngeqanda elishayiwe noma ngobisi, ungafaka ushukela omncane empanadilla ngayinye.
- Sethula ithreyi ngamadombolo kuhhavini imizuzu eyi-15-20 noma kuze kube yilapho amadombolo enombala osagolide.
