  • Inkukhu ephekiwe 350 gr. cishe.
  • 1 anyanisi ophakathi
  • 30 gr. webhotela
  • 2-3 wezipuni amafutha omnqumo
  • 300 ml. ubisi cishe.
  • Ingilazi yomhluzi 100 ml (uma ungenayo, engeza ubisi)
  • 3 wezipuni ufulawa
  • I-Nutmeg
  • Sal
  • Amaqanda e-2
  • Imvuthuluka yesinkwa

Ukulungiselela
  1. Sithatha inyama noma inkukhu esitsheni siyihlanze ngamathambo namafutha. Sikusika okuncane ngesikele.
  2. Epanini sibeka uwoyela ukuze ushise kanye nebhotela bese sengeza u-anyanisi oqoshiwe.
  3. Lapho u-anyanisi eqala ukushintsha umbala, engeza inkukhu eqoshiwe bese uyihambisa ndawonye.
  4. Sizofaka ufulawa bese siyishiya ipheka kancane ngayo yonke inkukhu, ukuze ngokuhamba kwesikhathi inganambitheki ufulawa oluhlaza.
  5. Sizofaka uketshezi, sizoqala ngomhluzi, kancane kancane futhi sivuselele ngaphandle kokuma ukuze sikhule. Uma ungenawo umhluzi kuligi yakho sizobeka ubisi.
