- Inkukhu ephekiwe 350 gr. cishe.
- 1 anyanisi ophakathi
- 30 gr. webhotela
- 2-3 wezipuni amafutha omnqumo
- 300 ml. ubisi cishe.
- Ingilazi yomhluzi 100 ml (uma ungenayo, engeza ubisi)
- 3 wezipuni ufulawa
- I-Nutmeg
- Sal
- Amaqanda e-2

Ukulungiselela
- Sithatha inyama noma inkukhu esitsheni siyihlanze ngamathambo namafutha. Sikusika okuncane ngesikele.
- Epanini sibeka uwoyela ukuze ushise kanye nebhotela bese sengeza u-anyanisi oqoshiwe.
- Lapho u-anyanisi eqala ukushintsha umbala, engeza inkukhu eqoshiwe bese uyihambisa ndawonye.
- Sizofaka ufulawa bese siyishiya ipheka kancane ngayo yonke inkukhu, ukuze ngokuhamba kwesikhathi inganambitheki ufulawa oluhlaza.
- Sizofaka uketshezi, sizoqala ngomhluzi, kancane kancane futhi sivuselele ngaphandle kokuma ukuze sikhule. Uma ungenawo umhluzi kuligi yakho sizobeka ubisi.
