  • 1 cebolla
  • 50 gr. Kafulawa
  • 50 gr. webhotela
  • 2-3 wezipuni amafutha omnqumo
  • 500 ml. ubisi
  • I-Nutmeg
  • Sal
  • Amaqanda e-2
  • Imvuthuluka yesinkwa
  • Amafutha okuthosa

Ukulungiselela
  1. Ukulungisa ama-croquette enziwe ekhaya, sizoqala ngokunquma u-anyanisi omncane kakhulu. Sifaka ipani elibanzi kancane bese sibeka ibhotela nezipuni eziyi-2-3 zamafutha omnqumo, sifake u-anyanisi oqoshiwe emlilweni ophakathi bese uvumela u-anyanisi ube nsundu, lapho u-anyanisi ekhona sizobeka i-ham eqoshiwe.
  2. Sisusa u-anyanisi ne-ham bese sifaka ufulawa, ugovuze bese upheka ufulawa imizuzu embalwa ukuze upheke futhi ungabi nayo iphunga elingavuthiwe.
  3. Faka ubisi, ngeke siyeke ukugovuza size sibe nenhlama enokhilimu ngaphandle kwezigaxa. Sizofaka i-nutmeg encane nengcosana kasawoti, siyazama ngoba i-ham isivele inawo usawoti. Uma kunesidingo sizofaka ubisi oluningi. Inhlama kufanele isuswe epanini.

  5. Sizokwakha ama-croquettes, sithathe izingcezu zenhlama, senze amabhola bese siwadlulisa eqandeni bese sidlula kuma-breadcrumbs.
  6. Siyawathosa ama-croquettes, sibeka ipani elinamafutha amaningi, sikubeke emlilweni ophakathi nendawo futhi uma kushisa sizowathosa ama-croquette ngamaqoqo.
  7. Sithatha ipuleti esizoba nalo nephepha lasekhishini, sizobabeka njengoba linjalo ukuze bakhiphe uwoyela oweqile.
