  • 3 izaqathe ezinkulu, oqoshiwe
  • 200 g. amakhowe, oqoshiwe

  • Ingcosana ye-turmeric
  • Umhluzi wemifino
  • 240 g. ama-chickpeas aphekiwe (uma ekheniwe, ehlanzwa futhi ekhishwa)

Ukulungiselela
  1. Sishisa uwoyela epanini futhi susa u-anyanisi imizuzu embalwa.
  2. Ngemuva sifaka ilike kanye nesanqante bese ususa eminye imizuzu emi-4 noma emi-5 ngaphezulu.
  3. Sifaka amakhowe sishaye imizuzu embalwa. * Uma ukhetha, ungabasusa njengathi uma usuqedile isitshulu bese usengeza ngaphambi kokudla.
  4. Isizini ngosawoti nopelepele, engeza ingcosana ye-turmeric ne Imifino siyimboza ngomhluzi. Pheka imizuzu eyi-10 noma isanqante ibe ngethenda elingaphezulu noma elingaphansi.
