  • 150 gr. ushokoledi uncibilike
  • 50 ml. ukhilimu wobisi
  • Ama-alimondi angaphansi komhlaba angama-250
  • 200 gr. ushukela
  • 1 amazambane aphakathi
  • Iqanda le-1
  • 1 iqanda elimhlophe
  • 100 gr. i-alimondi ephelele

Ukulungiselela
  1. Ukwenza ama-almond noshokoledi amaphaneli, sizoqala ngokubeka i-casserole ngamanzi, sibeka amazambane ngesikhumba bese siyeka sipheke kuze kube yilapho amazambane esethenda kakhulu. Uma ikhona, siyayikhipha, siyivumele ithukuthele.
  2. Sikhanyisa ihhavini ngo-200ºC.
  3. Endishini sibeka i-alimondi yomhlabathi, amazambane aphekiwe asikiwe aba yizicucu noshukela. Sihlanganisa konke kahle, kufanele kube yisixuku esihlangene. Sifaka kancane iqanda elimhlophe enhlama, uma sibona ukuthi inhlama inzima kakhulu sizoyibeka iphelele. Inhlama akufanele ibe lula kakhulu uma ama-panellets engeke aphule.
  4. Sigoqa inhlama ngokugoqwa kwepulasitiki okwenza umqulu. Sifaka efrijini amahora ambalwa noma kusuka osukwini olulodwa kuya kolandelayo.
  5. Kwesinye isitsha sifaka ushokoledi nokhilimu wobisi, sifaka i-microwave umzuzu bese siyancibilika.
  6. Sikhipha inhlama, siyibambe, siyifake esitsheni bese sengeza ushokoledi omncane, uhlanganise kahle. Senza amabhola ngale nhlama futhi siwafaka kuthileyi wokubhaka, sizobeka i-alimondi engxenyeni ngayinye yenhlama.
  7. Ngayo yonke inhlama senza ubujamo bese siyifaka kuthileyi.
  8. Sishaya iqanda, sipende ama-panellets bese sifaka kuhhavini. Sibashiyela imizuzu eyi-10 ngokucophelela ukuze bangabi nsundu ngokweqile.
  9. Uma sezikhona siyazikhipha kuhhavini, mazipholise. Sisebenzisa lonke ushokoledi, sidlulisa ama-panellets ngoshokoledi, sivumela ushokoledi ukuba uqine bese kuba yilokho.
