  • I-Zest ye-1 lemon
  • 100 ml. ubisi oluhwamukile
  • 260 g. uwoyela we-sunflower
  • 15 g. imvubelo
  • 360 gr. ufulawa wamakhekhe
  • ½ isipuni sinamoni (kuyakhetheka)

Ukulungiselela
  1. Sishaye endishini amaqanda noshukela kuze kube yilapho inhlama imhlophe futhi iphindwe kabili ngevolumu.
  2. Ngemuva kwalokho engeza i-zest ulamula, ukhilimu namafutha bese ushaya kahle kuze kuhlanganiswe ngokuphelele.
  3. Sifaka ufulawa ohlungiwe, imvubelo nesinamoni, bese ushaya futhi, kulokhu ngejubane eliphansi, kuze kutholakale inhlama efanayo.
