- 360 gr. ufulawa wamakhekhe
- ½ isipuni sinamoni (kuyakhetheka)
- Sishaye endishini amaqanda noshukela kuze kube yilapho inhlama imhlophe futhi iphindwe kabili ngevolumu.
- Ngemuva kwalokho engeza i-zest ulamula, ukhilimu namafutha bese ushaya kahle kuze kuhlanganiswe ngokuphelele.
