Ushokoledi, isinamoni, i-hazelnut…. Ngokuhlanganiswa okunjalo kwezithako, ngubani onqikaza ukuzizama? - 170 g. ufulawa wezinhloso zonke
- 170 g. ushukela omhlophe
- Isipuni esingu-1 + 1 ithisipuni sinamoni womhlabathi
- 1½ amathisipuni we-baking powder
- ½ isipuni sesoda
- ½ isipuni sikasawoti
- 115 ml. + 2 wezipuni zesiphuzo semifino se-hazelnut
- 115 ml. amafutha abushelelezi
- Amaqanda ama-2 amakhulu ekamelweni lokushisa
- 2 amathisipuni i-vanilla akhiphe
- ½ inkomishi eqoshiwe ama-hazelnuts athosiwe
- ¼ inkomishi yamashokholethi amnyama
- ¼ inkomishi hazelnuts, oqoshiwe
- 3 wezipuni ushukela onsundu
- Isipuni esingu-1 sebhotela ekamelweni lokushisa
- 1 ithisipuni lesinamoni
- Sishisa kuhhavini ngo-180ºC bese sifaka amaphilisi ayi-12 ephepha ezimbotsheni zesikhunta sensimbi.
- Silungisa ikhava, ukuxuba zonke izithako nokugcina.
- Endishini sixuba izithako ezomile: ufulawa, ushukela, imvubelo, i-bicarbonate, isinamoni nosawoti.
- Kwesinye isitsha, sishaya amaqanda bese sibaxuba nobisi lwe-hazelnut, uwoyela ne-vanilla.
- Kancane kancane sifaka ingxube emanzi kulowo owomile, sihlangana ne-spatula kuze kube yilapho sithola i- isisindo esifanayo.
- Sifaka amantongomane nezingcezu zikashokoledi bese uxuba.
- Sigcwalisa amaphilisi wephepha kuze kufike ku-¾ egcwele inhlama.
- Sibeka okuncane kwe- amboze ngamunye kubo.
- Bhaka amaminithi angu-15-20 kuze kuthi lapho kubhobozwa ngenduku enkabeni, iphume ihlanzekile.
- Uma sesiqedile sibeka ama-muffin eraki ukuze baqede ukupholisa baphake.
