- 500 gr. inyama exubekile (inyama yenkomo nengulube)
- 400 gr. utamatisi othosiwe
- 1 cebolla
- 100 ml. iwayini elimhlophe
- Ushizi osikiwe
- Amafutha kasawoti
- Pepper
- Oregano
Ukulungiselela
- Sizoqala ngokulungiselela i-pasta. Sifaka i-casserole enamanzi anele kanye nosawoti omncane, siyivumela ibile kuze kube yilapho i-pasta ikhona.
- Sifaka u-anyanisi epanini lokuthosa ngamafutha.
- Lapho iqala ukuthatha umbala, sizofaka inyama egayiwe, usawoti omncane nopelepele bese sizungeza ukuze ikhululeke futhi yenziwa kancane kancane.
- Lapho sibona ukuthi inyama isivele ikhululekile futhi ithatha umbala, sizobeka usosi katamatisi othosiwe, ungazenzela noma uthenge, iwayini, i-oregano encane futhi sizoyivumela ipheke phezu komlilo ophakathi.
- Ngemuva kwemizuzu eyi-15 unambitha usawoti kanye ne-oregano bese uyibeka ngokuthanda kwakho. Uma i-sauce iminyene kakhulu ungangeza umhluzi omncane noma amanzi.
- Lapho eyi-macaroni, uwafaka ukuthi adonse kahle.
