- 500 ml. ukhilimu wokupheka
- Ushizi osikiwe
- Ikhasi bese usika u-anyanisi, ugeze futhi usike eminye imifino.
- Sifaka ipani lokuthosa ngejethi kawoyela, engeza u-anyanisi oqoshiwe, engeza i-aubergine nopelepele obomvu, siyivumele ibambe kuze kube yilapho yonke into ithambe kakhulu.
- Lapho sibona ukuthi imifino icishe ibe khona, sifaka isipinashi, sibafaka ngemifino bese kuthi uma sinjalo sifake utamatisi othosiwe, inani lizoba kuze kube kulokho esikuthandayo. Isizini ngosawoti kanye nopelepele
- Sipheka amapuleti e-pasta, uma ekhona siwasusa kahle, sizowabeka emthonjeni ofanele wehhavini.
- Okokuqala sizobeka ungqimba lwe-pasta njengesisekelo, sibeka ngaphezulu ungqimba lwemifino, olunye ungqimba lwe-pasta nolunye lwemifino bese siqeda ngongqimba lwe-pasta.
- Mboza yonke indawo ye-lasagna ngokhilimu bese umboza ngoshizi ogayiwe, ubhake phezulu naphansi ngo-180ºC kuze kube yilapho i-lasagna isundu nsundu.
