Bangakulungela ama-dessert amaningi angenama-strawberry, Leyo engiyiphakamisayo namhlanje ilula kakhulu, ngaphandle kwehhavini futhi iyashesha ukulungiselela. Ukuyinika ukunambitheka okumnandi ngokwengeziwe uma uthanda ungangezela iswidi noma isiraphu. Kepha uma une-strawberry esivuthiwe, zihamba kahle kakhulu ngale dessert.
Amanye ama-sitrobheli ahamba ngaphandle kwehhavini futhi engenashukela. Saqala ukusebenza nge-bikini !!!
- 300 gr. ama-strawberry
- Izipuni eziyi-4 zesiraphu ye-Agave
- 15 gr. ama-gelatin amashidi
- 100 ml. ubisi
- 250 ml. ukhilimu obandayo kakhulu
- Ukwenza le puddings ye-sitrobheli, sizolungisa zonke izithako.Isitsha sifaka amaqabunga e-gelatin bese siwamboza ngamanzi abandayo imizuzu eyi-10. Sika ama-strawberry abe yizicucu ezincane.
- Sithatha ingilazi ku-blender bese sibeka uhhafu wama-strawberry, siyawachoboza.
- Sihlanganisa ama-strawberry agayiwe namanye esiwanqamule, safaka izipuni eziyi-4 ze-Agave Syrup sizihlanganise. Uma uyithanda imnandi ungangeza isiraphu engaphezulu.
- Sifaka ipani lokushisa ngobisi, uma kushisa siyasusa bese sengeza amashidi e-gelatin, siwaqhekeza kahle obisini.
- Kule ngxube sifaka ukhilimu, sixoxe bese siwuxuba nama-strawberry. Kuhlanganiswe kahle.
- Sigcwalisa izingilazi ezimbalwa ngenhlanganisela bese sizifaka efrijini cishe amahora amathathu.
- Ngemuva kwalesi sikhathi, siyakhipha futhi bazobe sebekulungele ukukhonza. Zihlala kahle izinsuku ezimbalwa efrijini.
- Ngiyethemba uyazama, ngineqiniso lokuthi uzoyithanda !!!
