- 150 gr. Kafulawa
- Ye isipuni semvubelo
- ½ isipuni sikasawoti
- Amaqanda e-3
- 250 gr. ushokoledi uncibilike
- 250 gr. ushukela
- 125 gr. ama-walnuts
Ukulungiselela
- Gcoba isikhunta sikwele nebhotela. Futhi sibeka iphepha lokubhaka, eliphuma ezinhlangothini. Sizovula ihhavini ngo-180ºC.
- Endishini sihlunga ufulawa, ukhokho, imvubelo nosawoti.
- Ngakolunye uhlangothi sifaka esitsheni, ushokoledi nebhotela ukuze zincibilike, sizokubeka ku-micro noma kubhavu wamanzi.
- Uma sesincibilikile, sifaka ushukela bese siwuhlanganisa kahle.
- Sizoqhubeka nokwengeza amaqanda ngamunye ngamunye, sivuselele kahle.
- Faka ingxube yefulawa necocoa, uhlanganise kahle.
