  • 75 g. i-oats yomhlabathi
  • Ingcosana kasawoti
  • 50 g. ushokoledi omnyama (85% cocoa)

Ukulungiselela
  1. Sibeka idlanzana lamagilebhisi omisiwe esitsheni ngamanzi ashisayo imizuzu eyi-10-15.
  2. Sishisa ihhavini iye ku-190ºC.
  3. Ngemuva kwemizuzu engu-10 sishaya endishini i-puree yethanga, omisiwe abakhanyisiwe, ibhotela noshukela kuze kube yilapho uthola isisindo esifanayo.
