- 30 ml. amanzi ashisayo
- 1/2 tsp. i-vanilla essence
Ukugcizelela
Sixuba endishini ufulawa, isinamoni, i-nutmeg, usawoti nemvubelo; siyabekisa.
Kwesinye isitsha, shaya uwoyela we-sunflower nebhotela (ekamelweni lokushisa) kanye noshukela (onsundu nomhlophe), uze uthole inhlama ebushelelezi neyunifomu. Bese ufaka amaqanda ngamunye ngamunye, uxube ngemuva kokufaka ngakunye.
