  1. Sithatha i-casserole, siyibeka emlilweni ukuze sitshise ngejethi elungileyo yeoyile, sike imifuno siyibeke kwi-casserole ecaleni komjikelo, imifuno, ityuwa kunye nepepile.
  2. Sivumela inkukhu emdaka macala onke kwaye imifuno yenziwa ngaxeshanye.
  3. Xa sibona ukuba inkukhu imdaka ngebala, yongeza iwayini, shiya imizuzu embalwa ukuba utywala bunyamalale kwaye ugalele iglasi yamanzi okanye umhluzi.
  4. Siyivumela ipheke malunga nemizuzu engama-30, okanye ide ibe ikhona imifuno. Sithatha umjikelo.
  5. Sisele nayo yonke imifuno, siyifaka eglasini siyityumze kungenjalo siza kudlula kumaTshayina. Ukuba uyafuna ungashiya ezinye izilayi zeminqathe ukuze uzikhaphe.
  6. Ukuba kukho isosi eshinyeneyo kakhulu, unokuyikhanyisa ngamanzi okanye umhluzi ongaphezulu.
