- Siza kuqala ngemifuno, sihlambe kwaye siyinqumle imifuno ibe ngamaqhekeza amancinci.
- Kwimbiza ende siza kuyibeka ioyile kwaye xa kushushu siza kufaka ilike kunye nekhaphetshu, siza kuyisonga, siyishiya imizuzu embalwa ukuze ikhuphe konke ukunambitheka kwayo.
- Siza kongeza yonke imifuno kwaye siyishiye malunga nemizuzu emi-3. Songeza ityuwa encinci kunye nepepile.
- Kwelinye icala, sicoca inkukhu enamanqatha kunye nolusu.
- Yongeza inkukhu kwimifuno kwaye ugubungele ngamanzi, xa iqala ukubilisa siza kufaka iipilisi zemifuno okanye umhluzi wenkukhu.
- Pheka isuphu malunga nemizuzu engama-20 okanye de imifuno ithenda. Sisusa inkukhu kwaye siza kususa iinkukhu, sizinqunqe kwaye sidibanise kwakhona kwi-casserole.
- Sibeka kwakhona emlilweni malunga nemizuzu emi-5, siya kungcamla ityuwa.
