- 250 gr. inyama yenkukhu egayiweyo
- 1 cebolla
- 200 ml. cream ukupheka
- 30 gr. itshizi egayiweyo
- Ioyile kunye netyuwa
- Sibeka ipani enamanzi kunye netyuwa encinci, xa iqala ukubilisa sidibanisa ipasta, kule meko ndisebenzise iqhina. Xa iphekiwe siyayikhupha siyikhuphe.
- Sibeka i-casserole emlilweni ngejethi yeoyile, usike i-anyanisi kwaye uyongeze kwi-casserole, xa iqala ukuba yigolide, yongeza inyama egayiweyo, ixesha lonyaka kwaye uyipheke.
- Xa inyama iphekiwe sidibanisa isipinatshi esihlanjiweyo, sizakujikeleza kwaye ke siyakupheka kunye nenyama, isixa siya kuba yiyo nantoni na oyifunayo.
- Xa kuphekwe inyama nesipinatshi sifaka i-cream, kunye netshizi egreyithiweyo sishiya yonke into kunye ukuze bathathe incasa. Ukuba isosi ityebile kakhulu, ungongeza ubisi oluncinci.
- Singcamla ityuwa kwaye silungise.
