- Sicoce iimbaza, sisuse zonke iindevu koonokrwece. Sibhukishe.
- Gweba itswele kunye negalikhi, ubeke ipani emlilweni ngejethi elungileyo yeoyile kwaye uqhotse itswele negalikhi, uyisose de iqale ukuthatha umbala.
- Yongeza iitumato eziqhotsiweyo, gxuma, yishiye imizuzu embalwa kwaye ubeke isiqingatha setispuni sepaprika, ugxobhoze kwaye ungeze iwayini emhlophe, vumela utywala bucuthe imizuzu embalwa, yongeza iimbaza kunye namanzi amancinci, ichweba igqabi.
- Vumela yonke into ipheke malunga nemizuzu eli-15 de kube kuvuleke iimbaza. Singcamla isosi kwimeko apho sifuna ukuvuna kwaye sisuse iimbaza ezingavulwanga, kuba ayilunganga.
