- 400 ml. ucwambu eqhuqhiwe
- Iipuniwe ezi-2-3 zekofu enyibilikayo

- Ukulungiselela i-mousse yekofu siza kuqala ngokulungiselela zonke izithako.
- Siza kugcina ukhilimu kunye nobisi kubanda kakhulu efrijini kwaye eyona nto ibalulekileyo kukufakwa kwisikhenkcezisi kangangemizuzu eli-10 ngaphambi kokwenza idizethi. Kubalulekile ukuba babande kakhulu.
- Sifaka kwisitya, ubisi olujijiweyo, ukhilimu obanda kakhulu kunye neepuni ezimbini zekofu enyibilikayo. Siza kuyinyusa ngeentonga zombane.
- Sizama, ungongeza enye ikofu ukuba siyayithanda yomelele kwaye ixubeke. Okwangoku ungadibanisa ukutshiza kotywala.
