- Silungiselela umgubo ohluziweyo, koku sidibanisa igwele, ityuwa, i-bicarbonate kunye nesinamon.
- Songeza kancinci kancinci kumxube wangaphambili, sixubeka de yonke into ifakwe kakuhle.
