- Kuqala silungiselela ii-aubergines. Silayita i-oveni ngo-200ºC.
- Siza kuyisika i-aubergines ngesiqingatha ubude, siza kuyisika kwi-pulp ukuze yenziwe ngaphambili, siyifefa ngeoyile ityuwa encinci kunye nepepile kwaye siyibeke kwiphepha lokubhaka, siya kuyishiya ehovini malunga nemizuzu engama-40, de yenziwe. Unokwenza kwakhona kwi-microwave.
- Xa zikhona, siyazisusa eontini, masizipholise kwaye zikhuphe i-aubergines ngecephe, susa umgubo kwii-aubergines, sizinqunqe kwaye sigcine.
