- 1 thumba lamasamba osakanizidwa
- 1 limón
- Mafuta, mchere ndi tsabola

- Kukonzekera mbale iyi ya nsomba ndi ndiwo zamasamba mu uvuni, choyamba tidzayatsa uvuni pa 180ºC kutentha ndi kutsika. Timatenga thireyi yoyenera uvuni. Timayika zamasamba, tiziika mu uvuni kwa mphindi 10-15 ndikuthira mafuta.
- Pambuyo pa nthawiyi ndiwo zamasamba, ngati tiwona kuti zimatenga nthawi pang'ono kuti tibwezeretse mu uvuni, chotsani tray ndikuyika salimoni pa iwo.
- Thirani nsomba ndi mafuta, mchere ndi tsabola. Timadula mandimu, kuwaza pang'ono nsomba ndikuyika magawo ena pamwamba.
- Tiziyika pakatikati pa uvuni, tizilola kuti ziphike kwa mphindi pafupifupi 10 ndipo tiwona ngati nsomba ili pamenepo. Ngati tikufuna zambiri, tiziisiya kanthawi pang'ono.
