  • 250-300 gr. za bowa zosiyanasiyana
  • 1 ikani
  • Supuni 4 phwetekere msuzi
  • 2 adyo cloves
  • Galasi limodzi la vinyo woyera
  • 1 chikho cha msuzi wa nsomba
  • 100 gr. Wa ufa
  • Parsley
  • Mafuta

Kukonzekera
  1. Kuti tipange monkfish ndi bowa, choyamba timatsuka bowa, kuwadula zidutswa.
  2. Mu saucepan ndi jet la mafuta, sungani bowa. Timatuluka ndikusunga.
  3. Mu casserole yomweyo, timasakaza anyezi.
  4. Timayika mchere wa monkfish, timadula zidutswa mu ufa. Mu casserole yomweyi yomwe anyezi amawombera, timayika zidutswa za monkfish kuti zikhale zofiirira.
  5. Kuwaza adyo ndikuwonjezera.
  6. Anyezi akathamangitsidwa ndipo tiwone kuti zidutswa za monkfish ndi golide pang'ono, timawonjezera supuni ya phwetekere, kusonkhezera, kuwonjezera vinyo woyera. Timalola mowa mu vinyo kuchepetsa kwa mphindi zingapo.

  8. Onjezerani bowa 3-4 mphindi nsomba isanayambe.
  9. Timalawa mchere, kukonza.
  10. Kuwaza dzanja la parsley, kutsanulira pa nsomba. Timazimitsa.
  11. Tiyeni tiime kwakanthawi ndikutumikira.
