Kukonzekera:
Woyera ndi kudula dzungu. Kuphika m'madzi, kuphatikiza mu phala ndi tiyeni ozizira.
Mu mbale sakanizani puree wa dzungu ndi mazira awiri a dzira, tchizi cha Parmesan, ufa wosasefa, nutmeg ndi theka thumba la yisiti. Sakanizani bwino ndipo pamapeto pake onjezerani azungu olimba awiri ndi mchere wambiri.
Kutenthetsani mafuta, ndi supuni tengani pang'ono osakaniza ndipo mothandizidwa ndi supuni ina pangani mpira, ikani mpirawo poto. Fryani mipira ingapo panthawi mpaka itakhala bulauni wagolide. Sungani pepala lakakhitchini ndikutumikira.
