- Tionjezera madzi ozizira pang'ono ndi pang'ono, mpaka titapeza mtanda wowala.
- Lolani chisakanizocho chizikhala mu furiji kwa mphindi 30.
- Timakonza ndiwo zamasamba, kutsuka ndiwo zamasamba, kudula thunthu la katsitsumzukwa, kudula broccoli m'magulu ang'onoang'ono.
- Dulani anyezi mu mizere kapena magawo ndikudula nyemba zobiriwira pakati.
- Timayika poto wokhala ndi mafuta ambiri ndi kutentha, ikakhala kuti timachotsa mbaleyo mu mtanda wozizira, timayambitsa ndiwo zamasamba m'modzi mu mtanda, ziyenera kuphimbidwa ndi mtanda, tiwuzinga, ife idzaika masamba pang'ono pagulu lililonse.
- Zamasamba zikakhala zagolide, tiziika pa thireyi momwe tidzakhale ndi pepala lakakhitchini kuti timamwe mafuta owonjezerawo.
