Don miya:
- 1 gilashin ruwan 'ya'yan itace.
- Ruwan lemo na lemon daya.
- 100 gr. na man shanu.
- Yankakken faski ko wani ciyawa mai daɗin ƙamshi.
AIKI:
- Jiƙa fillet a cikin madara kuma bari su jike sosai. Yayinda muke saka ruwan naman tare da man shanu da lemon tsami a cikin kwano domin ya rage (idan ya yi, za mu kara yankakken ganye (faski).
- Muna wuce fillets ta gari kuma mu soya su. Muna fitar da su kuma, a saman, muna ƙara miya.
