Sinadaran
- Naman alade naman alade 2-3

- 3 tablespoons na tumatir miya
- 200 ml. romon nama ko ruwa
- 200 ml. ruwan inabi baki
- Pepper
- Man fetur
- Sal

- Kwakwalwan kwamfuta
Shiri
- Sirauki sirloins da lokacin, a cikin tukunyar mai tare da cokali 3-4 na mai, a shafa musu ruwan sama akan wuta mai zafi a kowane bangare. Mun fitar da ajiyar.
- Muna sara kayan lambu, karas, barkono, tafarnuwa a murabba'ai, albasa a cikin julienne strips, mun sa komai a cikin casserole inda muka yi launin ruwan nama, idan ya zama dole sai mu ƙara mai, mu barshi ya dahu kan wuta .
