Wannan makon na ba da shawara a salatin cod tare da lemu, sabo ne wanda yake bada kamshi, dandano da launi, un cikakke sosai wanda zamu iya shiryawa a waɗannan kwanakin na Ista.
Salatin 'ya'yan itace suna ba da ɗanɗano mai yawa Zamu iya daukar su mai sanyi ko masu dumi, zamu iya yin wasu hadewa kuma muyi amfani da 'ya'yan itacen da muke matukar so. Cikakken abinci ne mai kyau kuma hanya mai kyau don cin 'ya'yan itace.

- Mun shirya dukkan abubuwan sinadaran:
- Idan muka sayi kodin ɗin gishirin, za mu riƙe shi a cikin ruwa na tsawon awanni 48 a cikin firinji kuma za mu canza shi kowane bayan awa 6-7 na ruwa, har sai an ɗaukaka shi.
- Muna barewa kuma mu yanka lemu 2 zuwa yankakke. A gefe guda kuma muna wankewa da lambatu da latas ɗin da kyau, yanke su kanana.
- Mun yanke cod a cikin bakin ciki yanka.
- Yanzu mun shirya salatin, zamu iya shirya shi a cikin tushe ko mutum ɗaya.
- Mun dauki wani tushe mun sanya latas da kyau an tsabtace su a gindi, mun sanya bangarorin lemu a kusa da latas din, gabobin kodin da za mu iya yanyanka su a gunduwa ko kanana, mu sanya zaitun baƙar ba tare da kashi, mu yanyanka kwayoyi kuma Muna jefa su a saman, buɗe gwangwanin bishiyar asparagus kuma sanya su kusa da salatin.
- Mun shirya suturar, mun matse sauran lemu, mun dauki wani sashi na ruwan kuma mun gauraya shi da jet mai kyau na man zaitun mai ɗan sauƙi, ɗan barkono da gishiri, mun motsa shi, mun gwada shi kuma mun bar shi yadda muke so, mun yi ado da salad da shi.
