A yau za mu shirya wasu koren barkono wanda aka cukurkudeshi da kwayayyen kwaiDadi mai dadi wanda yawanci nakan shirya shi azaman farawa, farantin karfe ko azaman skewer yana da kyau.
Abincin da ba a gani sosai, wanda zai iya zama mai kyau don shirya kyakkyawan abinci, don biki ko cin abincin dare tare da abokai.
Ba a gan shi haka don cika koren barkono kuma gaskiyar ita ce suna da kyau ƙwarai, tare da ƙwayayen ƙwai da cod yana da haɗuwa sosai. Lallai zaku so shi !!!

Shiri
- Abu na farko da za'a yi shine tsabtace kodin ko saya shi a shirye.
- Za mu wanke barkono kuma mu fitar da tsaba. A cikin kwano zamu sanya sauran kayan hadin kamar su ƙwai ba tare da sun buge ba, kodin a cikin tube, tafarnuwa da nikakken da faski.
- Zamu cire shi mu cakuda shi.
- Zamu dauki barkono mu cika su da wannan hadin, don saukaka wannan matakin zamu sanya barkono a cikin gilashi.
- Don cika su za mu taimaki kanmu da cokali, za mu cika su a hankali ta hanyar tura ƙullun cikin barkono har sai sun cika.
- Don rufe ciko don kada ya sauka, za mu iya rufe shi da ɗan gari.
- Mun sanya kwanon rufi mai yalwa da mai idan ya yi zafi, za mu soya su.
- Muna barin su har sai sun yi launin ruwan kasa na zinariya, muna fitar da su, a cikin ƙwai dole ne a kusan yin shi, amma ba a sa shi gaba ɗaya ba, in ba haka ba zai zama omelette, duk da cewa ba kowa ke son ƙwan da aka dafa rabin ba, don haka za a yi dandana kowane.
- Yana ɗan fita kadan, amma gari yana taimaka masa yayi kwasfa don kada ya sauka.
- Kuma shi ke nan, suna da sauƙin shiryawa da azumi, ana iya yi musu hidima gaba ɗaya ko yankakken tare da ɗankali
