Gasar karas, kek mai dadi da ruwan zaki soso mai laushi da taushi, tare da launi mai ban mamaki.

Sinadaran
  • 175 gr. man shanu mai taushi
  • 225 gr. na sukari
  • 3 qwai
  • 250 gr. karas
  • 150 gr. almond ɗin ƙasa
  • 225 gr. irin kek
  • ½ karamin cokali mai dandano vanilla
  • 1 sachet na yisti
  • Don ɗaukar hoto
  • 150 gr. sukarin sukari
  • Lemon tsami cokali 1
  • 1-2 tablespoon na ruwa

Shiri
  1. Don yin kek ɗin karas, za mu fara narkar da karas. A cikin kwano mun sa butter da suga muna ta bugawa har sai sun gauraya sosai. Muna kara kwayayen daya bayan daya har sai sun hade sosai. Zara karas ɗin karas, bar kaɗan don ado.
