Sinadaran
  • 250 gr. karas
  • 250 gr. Na gari
  • 3 qwai
  • 250 gr. sukari
  • 150 ml. man sunflower
  • ½ teaspoon na gishiri
  • ½ cokali mai soda
  • 1 kayan zaki na kirfa
  • 1 yisti tablespoon
  • 4 tablespoons na foda sukari
Shiri
  1. A cikin kwano mun saka ƙwai da sukari, a buga har sai fari.
  2. Theara man, motsawa.
  3. Muna shirya garin da aka tace, a wannan zamu kara yisti, gishiri, bicarbonate da kirfa.
  4. Muna ƙara kaɗan kaɗan a cikin cakuɗin da ya gabata, muna haɗuwa har sai komai ya kasance da kyau.
  5. Muna dusar da karas ɗin kuma muna ƙara shi a cikin ƙullun da muka shirya.
  6. Muna juya murhun zuwa 180ºC yayin da yake dumama. Mun sanya kullu a cikin abin da za mu yada shi da man shanu da gari.
  7. Idan yayi zafi sai mu sanya biredin a murhu mu barshi har sai ya shirya, saboda wannan za mu gabatar da abin goge baki a tsakiya, idan ya fito busasshe zai kasance a shirye na kimanin minti 30-40.
  8. Auki daga cikin murhun, bar shi ya huce kuma yayyafa da sukari icing.
