  • 350 gr. haske yada cuku
  • 60 gr. garin masara (Maizena)
  • Kwai 4 + fari 2
  • 200 ml. madara mara kyau
  • 375 madara mai narkewa ko cream cream
  • 3 kayan zaki na ruwa mai zaki
  • Lemon zest (na zabi)
Shiri
  1. Da farko zamu sanya murhun yayi zafi zuwa 180ºC
  2. Muna ɗaukar kwano, a ciki zamu sanya dukkan abubuwan haɗin, na farko abubuwan taya tare da cuku da mai zaki kuma ƙarshe naman masara.
  3. Tare da mahaɗin zamu haɗa shi duka har sai ya zama tsami mai tsami na ruwa.
  4. Mun shirya kayan kwalliya, yada tare da ɗan man shanu kuma sanya dukkan cream.
  5. Mun sanya shi a cikin murhu a 180º C, bari ya dahu har sai mun ga cewa ya yi launin ruwan kasa a sama, sa'annan mu yi wasa da ɗan goge haƙori a tsakiya, idan ya fito busasshe zai kasance a shirye in ba haka ba za mu barshi a kadan ya fi tsayi.
