  • 350 gr. taliya
  • 1 jakar alayyafo
  • 250 gr. kaza nikakken nama
  • 1 cebolla
  • 200 ml. cream don dafa abinci
  • 30 gr. cuku cuku
  • Man fetur da gishiri

  1. Mun sanya tukunyar ruwa da ruwa da gishiri kaɗan, idan ya fara tafasa sai mu ƙara taliya, a wannan yanayin na yi amfani da alaƙa. Idan ya dahu, mukan fitar da shi mu zubar da shi.
  2. Mun sanya casserole a kan wuta tare da jet na mai, sara albasa kuma ƙara shi a cikin casserole, lokacin da ya fara zama zinariya, ƙara minced nama, kakar da kuma dafa shi.
  3. Idan naman ya dahu sai mu zuba alayyahu da aka wanke, za mu zagaya don haka zai dafa tare da naman, adadin zai zama duk abin da kuke so.

  5. Mun dandana gishiri kuma mu gyara.
  6. Mun sanya taliyar a cikin kwano sai mu kara naman tare da alayyahu, a motsa su kuma zai kasance a shirye ya yi aiki !!!
