  • Man, gishiri, vinegar da barkono
Shiri
  1. Da farko za mu sanya tukunyar ruwa da ruwa mai yawa, za mu sanya shinkafar idan ta dahu za mu kwantar da ita a ƙarƙashin famfo.
  2. Zamu saka shi a cikin roba, mu bude gwangwani, mu kara shinkafa, mu yanka tumatir dinnan a ciki ko kanana mu zuba shinkafar, a gauraya.
  3. A kusa zamu sanya letas kala daban-daban da muka wanke a baya, yankakken albasa a yanka wasu tumatir kuma a yanka su biyu, za mu sanya zaitun ko'ina cikin salatin.
  4. Muna shirya vinaigrette, a cikin kwano mun sanya jirgi mai kyau, gishiri kaɗan da barkono da cokali biyu na ruwan tsami, mun gauraya shi da roan sanduna kuma mun sa salatin.
  5. Muna bauta da sanyi sosai.
  6. Sabon salatin mai sauƙi da sauƙi don bazara.
