  • 2 tetrabriks na kirim mai dafa 200ml kowanne
  • ƙasa kirfa
Shiri
  1. Abu na farko da zamuyi shine kunna murhu a 180ºC. Za mu yada zagaye mai zagaye tare da ɗan man shanu. Zai fi kyau cewa molin yana da ɗan tsayi, tunda ya ɗan tashi a cikin murhu, to sai ya sauka, kullu yana da ruwa sosai kuma idan kun sa shi a cikin wani abin da aka fasa zai iya fitowa.
  2. Zamu dauki kwano mu hada dukkan kayan hadin, banda kirfa.
  3. Za mu doke komai daidai har sai babu sauran dunkulewa da suka rage.
  4. Sannan zamu sanya shi a cikin abin da muka shirya da man shanu da garin fulawa.
  5. Da zarar mun sanya shi a cikin sifar za mu rufe shi da kirfa don dandana, zan rufe komai da kyau.
  6. Mun sanya shi a cikin tanda mai zafi kuma za mu sami 20 min. a 180º da zarar wannan lokacin ya wuce, za mu rage murhun zuwa 150º na kusan 20 ko 25 min. ya danganta da murhun, dole sai ka dube shi ka saka abin goge baki har sai ya fita bushe.
