  • 100 gr. na sukari
  • 40 gr. Na gari
  • 2 tablespoons na koko foda
  • 200 gr. cakulan don kayan zaki
  • 80 gr. na man shanu
  • wani tsunkule na gishiri
Shiri
  1. A cikin babban akwati, doke ƙwai da sukari har sai sun yi kumfa.
  2. A cikin wani kwano muna sifa gari tare da cokali biyu na garin koko da gishiri, mun haɗa shi cikin abin da ya gabata.
  3. Narke cakulan tare da man shanu a cikin tukunyar kan wuta mai ƙarancin zafi ko a cikin microwave kuma ƙara shi a cikin cakuɗin baya.
  4. Muna ɗaukar wasu ƙirar mutum ɗaya don flan ko muffins kuma mu watsa su da ɗan man shanu a ciki kuma mu yayyafa da gari, rarraba shiri a cikin ƙirar ba tare da cika su gaba ɗaya ba, bar ƙari ko ƙasa da 1-2 cm.
  5. Zamu sa tanda tayi zafi zuwa 200ºC da zafi sama da kasa, zamu saka su kamar minti 8, ya danganta da yadda kake so, idan kana son su kara, ka barshi na kimanin mintuna 10. Lokacin girki zai dogara ne akan kowane tanda, zaku iya gwada farko kuma don haka ku sarrafa lokaci.
  6. Muna fitar da su, bar wasu minutesan mintuna, buɗewa kai tsaye akan kowane farantin kuma muyi aiki kai tsaye. Dole ne a yi musu hidima da zafi.
  7. Zamu iya raka su da ice cream na vanilla ko yayyafa su da sikari mai ƙwai.
  8. Kuma don jin dadin wannan kayan zaki a cikin farin ciki !!!
