Baba Ganoush manna ne bisa tushen tsarkakakke iri iri na abincin larabawa da na Bahar Rum. Yawancin lokaci ana cinsa tare da burodin pita, amma kuma za mu iya amfani da shi don yaɗa sandwich ko a matsayin abin haɗa kai ga abincin taliya ko kayan lambu tempura al dente.
