Ingredients:

  • 2 zucchini
  • 2 cans of tuna
  • Mozarella cheese
  • 1 cebolla
  • 1 tomato, peeled and diced
  • Half a glass of fried tomato
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Parsley
  • Oregano
  • Pepper
  • Sal Island

Preparation:

In a frying pan we poach the sliced ​​garlic and the diced onion. While it is simmering we empty the zucchini, in a baking dish we place the already empty zucchini with a little olive oil and salt, bake a few minutes. What we have taken from the zucchini we add to the pan.
